(150 Word Minimum): I believe that I deserve this rank because of a few reasons. First off I am able to keep my calm and temper under control while staffing and my understanding of players and actions as well as wording could help out throughout my staffing time on here. Secondly my past experiences have helped me grow as a staff member and player on servers. All of the stuff I have had to deal with from my first staffing position as a Trial Moderator to my last one as a Head of Staff for a server has expanded my understanding on servers, players and how to try to keep the player base happy while enforcing the rules. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: If they come into the staff sit for Mass RDMing they would have been jailed while in the sit or frozen if permissions grant. While giving them the run down of why they are there. If all i receive is curse words and stuff thrown my way I would finish the sit by checking logs to make sure it was them then explain they would be banned and the reason they would be banned. There is no reason to escalate the situation further than it already was with the players actions.

I have spoken with him on Discord already and trust him to handle the Staff Team no problem, along with multiple other recommendations and his extensive experience. Will be starting at Senior Moderator unless it is decided to not be an appropriate starting rank at a later date.
