I am very experienced with being apart of a staff team which can be very important if being new to staff then you wouldn't know what to do. I am also very familiarized with the ulx commands and binding most of the important commands. I'm one of the most active players on the server mostly being on when no one else will be and helping new players that happened upon the server. I am very friendly and tend to be as nice as I can to anyone mostly to the new players which will give newer players a good expression for the community so they will be active more and be apart of the community. [/color] How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?[color=#000000] [/color][color=#1abc9c]I would freeze the player and tell them to calm down and then unfreeze them and ask to explain their part. Depending on their reaction I would gag and mute for 5 minutes and jail for 120 seconds. If they responded politely and respectfully I would jail for 120 seconds if it turns out they were wrongfully blamed they are free and the person that blamed them is jailed for 300 seconds.[/color]
