Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)
I believe I deserve this rank because I believe I would be a valuable asset to the team. I have been management plus on many servers so I know that I can handle all if not most obstacles and tasks. I have a ton of experience I have been apart of management teams where I have had to set goals for each one of our teams and make sure that they met their goals and if they didn't we'd take the necessary steps to reach our goals. I have always overcome any problems or obstacles that have come my way by doing every single necessary thing that needed to be done and I was never too shy to ask for help if and when I needed it. When i was the owner of my own CWRP server we had several problems come up and I and my management team would always make a goal or a plan and reach our goal.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
I would gag the player and ask them to explain in chat wihtout curse words what happened and why they did it. If they continue to abuse and curse i would mute then and punish them by what our rules are and report the incident to higher up management.
